By accessing and using the services provided by HotShells WSP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Service Usage Policy
a. Server Content: Users are strictly prohibited from hosting content that infringes on copyright, constitutes harassment, promotes illegal activities, or contains malware/viruses. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services found to be in violation.
b. Resource Usage: Shared hosting accounts may not use excessive system resources (CPU, RAM) that disrupt service for other users. We may temporarily suspend accounts that exceed these limits.
3. Payments and Billing
a. Billing Cycles: Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Failure to pay by the due date may result in immediate service suspension.
b. Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new web hosting orders. Domain registrations, dedicated servers, and software licenses are non-refundable.
4. Data Backups
While we perform daily backups for disaster recovery purposes, we are not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HotShells WSP makes no warranties, expressed or implied, that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HotShells WSP be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused.
